This is your workout plan for the next four weeks!
Remember: Use a weight heavy enough to challenge yourself, but maintain good form. One minute rest between sets in the "Strength" portion of your workout. Stretch!

DAY 1

Cardio: 

  • 10 minutes of jump rope
  • 5 minute rest
  • 5 minutes of jump rope

Strength: 

Core: 

3 Rounds- 

DAY 2

Cardio: 

4 Rounds-

  • 3 minutes of jump rope
  • 1 minute rest

Strength: 

CORE: 

4 rounds- 

DAY 3

Cardio: 

3 Rounds-

  • 5 minute of jump rope
  • 1 minute rest

Core: 

  • 4 Minute AMRAP (As many reps as possible)- 
  • Sit ups 

DAY 4

3 Rounds for time (as quickly as possible):
