Nutrition is highly individual and Jay will help you dial in or your needs and build the habits it takes to achieve and sustain your goals. As a coach I bring the tough love. I understand that you bring your whole life’s story into a relationship where you a now asking for help. However, you can expect me to push you to raise the bar. In the gym, I tend to mix strength training with high intensity interval training. But, I have helped a variety of people with wide ranging goals.
