Most people do not get enough vitamins from their diet. “68% of the North American population is deficient in calcium, 90% in chromium, 75% in magnesium, and 80% in vitamin B6.” That’s why the very first thing I do for all my clients is create a guide for them to not only eat the right quantity of food, but to also create the right balance
