I’m a certified personal trainer (ACE CPT) and certified sport + exercise nutrition coach (Pn1). It’s my mission to help men & women feel lean, healthy, energized, and confident through diet + exercise.

Over the past 7 years I’ve lived out that mission by supporting 120+ people just like you in doing just that.

They have not only lost 100s of pounds of fat, build 100s of pounds of muscle, and got into the best shapes of their lives, but they have learned how to move past their blocks & fears AND show up for a better version of themselves everyday.

Meet Enemy

Your co-coach, my college OSU Dance classmate, and best friend. I couldn’t think of a better person to join me on this mission to help men & women around the world stay lean, healthy + active. She will be leading a fusion Dance Choreo, Dance Cardio, & Flexibility class!

ENEMY JONES is a Dancer, Musical Theatre Performer, Choreographer, and Dance/Fitness Instructor and Stretch Therapist (LYMBR studios NYC)

Trained in Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Modern Dance (Horton technique), Contemporary, West African, Odissi (Classical Indian), Bollywood and Salsa, Enemy incorporates influences from the various genres in her teaching style and choreography.

FAQs

Q: What exactly is Lean & Confident LIVE?

A: An online, group-training membership with 3-6 Live classes per week, depending on your membership level. You will also have access to my exclusive Facebook Community for support & motivation.

Q: When do classes start? What time are classes?

A: Classes officially start on Monday, April 27th. As of right now, “The Lean & Confident Method” classes will be on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 11am EST. “Energy with Enemy” classes will be on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 12pm EST. Even if you can’t make a class, all classes will be recording for your viewing & hosted in your class library.

Q: What if I don’t have very much (or any) equipment?

A: “The Lean & Confident Method” is a resistance training class. It would be ideal for you to own some form of dumbbells, barbells, weight plates, or resistance bands. However, Jay is prepared to make modifications for those who do not currently have any equipment in their home. We may even get to be creative & have you squatting with your coffee table! You just need your body for “Energy with Enemy!”

Q: How will I access my classes? Where are they hosted?

A: Classes are hosted on Zoom. If you don’t already have Zoom you can download it for free. Every week before the classes you will be emailed the link.

Q: Can I join at any time?

A: Of course! We’d love to have you when you’re ready. If you want the discounted pricing currently listed on this website, be sure to sign up before April 27th. After that prices will go about 50%.

Q: Can I cancel at any time?

A: Thinking about leaving already? Lol I know it’s not personal. Monthly payment options require a 3 month commitment. No exceptions. The paid in full option gives you a month of free classes. We encourage you to show up for at least the first 3 months to give yourself the opportunity to learn from the full experience. After 3 months, you are welcome to cancel at any time.

Q: What about refunds?

A: I honestly don’t think you’ll ask for one. I have given out 3 refunds in my entire career. However, I know that you’re asking because you want to make sure you can protect the value of your hard earned money. I am confident that you will love this program. If you have an extenuating circumstance during the first 3 months reach out to jay@gymwithjay.com & I will personally help decide how to navigate your payments.

A: We post free content every day, just like many other hard working, passionate people in the health + fitness industry. What led you here? What do you think is possible if you allow yourself to commit to this experience? That is the most important answer.
